Q. How many trees are planted?
A. 10 trees are planted for each memorial. Most services only plant one tree. For just $4.95 more you can send a second or third memorial certificate to get the most value from your memorial.
Q. When are certificates sent?
A. Certificates are sent on the last business day of each month.
Q. Where are the trees planted?
A. Trees are planted in a Global ReLeaf Restoration Project. There are mutliple projects on-going across the continental USA. A specific tree is impossible to track, but you can take pride in any resotration project and know that your contribution is helping to restore the environment.
Q. When will my tree be planted?
A. Trees are planted during the optimal planting season for any given area.
Q. What type of tree is planted?
A. Indigenous trees are selected by professionals based on the area and project they are planted in.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. 100% refund is avialable if you place your refund request before the trees are ordered/planted. If the trees have already been ordered/planted we will not be able to issue a refund.
